A little bit about me
What I enjoy most about being a fitness coach is helping others get over that initial hump and intimidation of learning how to lift weights and manage healthy eating habits. From personal experience, I can say that I have been at that starting line before. I ran a bunch of fitness programs, read a bunch of books and articles, and developed both bad and good eating habits along the way; becoming the coach that I am today. I made the mistakes and did the research so you don’t have to!!
In my free time I like to lift weights (haha obvious!), practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a little Muay Thai, hanging out with my dog and cats, and having a few beers on the weekend with my friends and family.
I am born and raised in Oakland, CA where I still service clients. I have a background in psychology(B.A.), I am ACE certified for personal training and Pn1 certified for nutrition coaching.
